• When should I place my order?

When you order from our website you are able to select a delivery date in the future, best case scenario would be to place your order as soon as you book your room to reserve your ordered items.

  • Can I rent bedding supplies?

Unfortunately we don't currently offer a rental service for any supplies you may need but the majority of our customers donate supplies to local charities after use.

  • Can I change my order once I've placed it?

In most cases we are able to change your order before the dispatch stage, if that is the case please email sales@myunisupplies.com.

  • What do I do if my address or hall isn't listed?

If your hall or residence isn't listed in the drop down boxes then please type your address manually from the selection menu.

  • My order has arrived and I seem to be missing an item?

If this happens then please email sales@myunisupplies.com
