Postage & Returns
- Delivery Process
We normally have a large stock of all our products, enabling delivery to be made promptly. Most orders are delivered within 3-5 working days.
- Delivery costs to the UK
Delivery on all orders under £70 will be charged at £8. Express deliveries are available (charges at checkout). Orders over £70 will be free of charge. Please note that for deliveries to N. Ireland, Scottish Highlands / Islands, Scilly Isles and Isle of Wight, delivery can take up to three days & carriage may be subject to additional charges when an order is placed. A member of our customer services team will contact you to inform you of any further costs once you have placed an order.
- Next day & express delivery
Where a delivery is extremely important, we are happy to offer you special carriage services. Please contact our dedicated phone number or email email@example.com for further details.
- Order amendments
If you wish to amend an order later than 48 hours after being placed, we can re-direct the package to any address in the mainland UK free of charge. If you wish to cancel the order we can offer you a full refund excluding a £10 processing charge.
- Return of goods
No goods are to be returned without first speaking to our sales desk. Goods which are used, washed or made to order are non-refundable. When returning products, you are under a duty to take reasonable care to ensure that the products are not damaged in transit. We therefore recommend that you use a recorded delivery service when you are returning a product. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the products to us or for the use of the collection service unless there is a fault. Faulty goods supplied will be collected. They will then be credited or replaced, subject to goods being inspected by our Quality Control team. Goods must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Your refund will be processed within 30 days of receipt & initial carriage costs incurred by ourselves will be deducted from your refund.
- Shortage, Damage or Non Delivery
We must be notified within 7 days of receipt of invoice of any shortage or damage to goods. On receipt of goods, customers must sign for the number of cartons delivered. Otherwise neither carrier nor ourselves can accept responsibility for loss or damage.
